Recently ordered a BBQ thermometer. It was delivered very quickly. However, there was a small defect with the background lighting of the display. After reporting this, they responded immediately and sent a new thermometer. That's what I call TOP service. Many companies could learn from this. DHZ takes you seriously as a customer.
